Late hatching

I've had my LG bator at around 99.5-100 degrees during the whole incubation, but i was told on day 19 or 20 (put in the incubator on March 13th) that it should have been on like 101-102 since its doesn't have a fan. SOO my question is, is there a time limit that chicks should/could stay in the egg? As of now, they are alive, just not pipping.

I would give it to day 25 , then check them again .
