I have some hens that are, to the best of my knowledge, about 7 months old. Not one of them has ever lain an egg. Their faces are starting to redden up, and I haven't added any artificial light to their pen, so I assume this is normal since it's wintertime? Was just looking for some feedback. I'm ready for some eggs. :)

Depending upon the breed this is not necessarily abnormal.

Well, they're all different. I have a Lavender Orpington, a Rhode Island Red, and what I think is an Easter Egger. I also have a stray chicken we adopted, and she's not laying either. Looks like a Barred Rock to me, but I have NO idea how old she is. Older, I suspect.
