Late laying?

I have two bantams that were born on July 16th and they still aren't laying. I have checked everywhere for hidden nests. So I guess they are about 25 weeks. My older bantam started laying right at 20 weeks. Any ideas when these girls might stay laying?

It's the time of year they are maturing. Steady or increasing day length will stimulate ovulation. Declining day length and short days are a signal not to lay eggs.
