I saw kicking in both our wyandotte eggs on day 21. It's day 23 and Wynona (or George) hatched this morning. Seeing no movememnt from the 2nd egg & no peeping, I decided to candle it this morning. Nothing. This is the one with the odd air cell that stretched down the side of the egg. So, fearing the worst I set up to help it hatch hoping maybe there was tiny chnace it was still alive. The inner membrane had dried out and once in the air cell I could tell it was still & no longer with us. I helped her hatch fully. She had a mishapen head, her legs were too far apart (far as I could tell) and some of her innards were still outside. [IMG] Just not meant to be. I'm glad I know why she didn't make it, though.
