Late tail feathers on one chick

I have 5 chicks (supposed to all be female) all 4 weeks old tomorrow. Most are similarly feathered out different breeds. (Buff orp, SLW, GLW, columbian wyandotte, and olive egger) One chick, the silver laced wyandotte, doesnt really have tail feather yet. Is that a concern? I didnt expect a big difference between the 3 different wyandotte.

I would not be concerned as long as the chick is eating/drinking, growing/gaining and active.
They can feather out at different rates.

Just took a look at my 4 week portraits of my Wyandottes when they were little (yup, I took weekly pictures) and they had a nice crop of tail feathers. I also currently have four 3 week old Littles (2 olive eggers, 1 buckeye, 1 barred rock) and the olive egger I know is a boy is way behind on tail feather growth. I know there are some breeds where the females feather faster than males, but don’t know which ones. Also, I had people telling me my Wyandottes were cockerels up to 5 months old, so you never know. The best method I’ve discovered is the leg size. Keep an eye on your little one’s legs and if in the coming weeks his/her legs are noticeably bigger than the others, then it’s most likely a boy.
