Latest day the eggs may hatch?

I'm wondering how long to let my broody BO sit on her two eggs. She had three, one hatched and died (not sure how, just found dead out of the nest when four hours previously had not even hatched yet). That chick hatched at day 19. It is now day 24, broody is still sitting, eggs not moving but not stinky either. I know some folks will pull them at this point, I'm content to let her continue sitting. My question is, what is the latest day you've had a chick hatch and survive?

I've never had one hatch after day 22. The rule is to give them until day 23 and then you can be confident they were not meant to be. Sorry about the one that died. Time to get momma some new eggs!

They say that eggs that hatch after day 23 have more health issues than ones that hatch on time.
