I had some left over cottage cheese (it wasn't spoiled or anything) and decided to give it to the chickens. They haven't had any treats in a while...! (Birds are Black Australorp and Buff Orpington)

And then of course... The CAT had to come over and see what the heck was going on! Needless to say, the chickens did not enjoy his presence!

They are exactly two months old.

I love the picture of the two looking at the cat. They are NOT happy chickens.

Mine look like that right before they run over to pop the kitty on the head.

I have 4 bo chicks that are 9 weeks old now and they do not have those combs - are those roos? My other BO must be 6 months or older - she is FAT.

are you sure those are pullets? mine is 20 weeks old, and she has absolutely no red on her face at all. hopefully i am wrong, but they are a great looking bunch nonetheless!

ETA: i noticed one has yellow legs? where did you get these birds? your cat is gorgeous by the way!

I got them from from a woman who hatches birds in her own house... *shrug*
