Lathargic chick PLEASE HELP!

I have a 2 month old FBCM from an auction. I recieved it severely dehydrated. I have electrolyte and probiotic water I have been giving to her through an eyedropper every half hour. She hasnt eaten for the two days I have had her and who knows how long before. HELP she doesnt move much, has raspy breathing and looks very timid. I spend time with her and have offered a variety of foods with no luck. She had mites but I took care of them with a natural formula. I can feel all her bones. PLEASE HELP

This is urgent and I think there are two most likely possibilities:
• coccidiosis
• vitamin deficiency

Do you have Corid?

Wait... natural won’t cut it for mites. He or she needs permethrin ASAP.

Have you offered raw liver, live meal worms, or egg? These are often irresistible.

You need to get your hands on these things. If you have a Tractor Supply nearby, that is one place.

You might have to put some feed mixed with water or egg yolk in a syringe and force feed it, but get it some nutridrench ASAP, you can find it by the livestock meds at TSC.

She already is giving probiotics and electrolytes, and I think she should get some more opinions before buying corid.
OP has the chick pooped at all? What color was it? Consistency?

The way this chick is standing screams coccidiosis to me also. I would start dosing right away. It wont hurt - can only help. Do a search on here for treating coccidiosis for dosing info.

I would check crop and vent - if crop isn't squishy or rock hard, and vent is clear, it could be cocci or parasites. Check for any sign of blood or worms in poop. Then make sure the mites are taken care of. This could be anemia from the mites.

It is possible she is a he. Ive checked and the mites are gone and if I notice any I do have a store bought spray but didnt want to use it since she isnt super stable right now.
