Lav Orp pullet???

I am perplexed by this chicken! S/he is almost 17 weeks old and started getting redder in the comb and wattles this week. S/he has been pretty pale pink up till this week. I know when they are close to laying they get redder, but s/he has been a very slow feathering chicken so I’m not sure if it’s just delayed growth or hen reddening! S/he has not crowed but 2 of her hatch mates are definitely boys (one of them is in the pic that says Roo) and have been red and crowing for about 3-4 weeks now.
