Lavender Orpington Chicks Not Eating or Drinking?

To start off, I got my lavender orpingtons from a nearby country store. I’m assuming they’ve been hatched for 2-3 days.
I got 3 Lavender Opringtons 3 hours ago and I have yet to see them eat or drink. When I got my 5 barnevelders last year they seemed to all take to eating and drinking right away. The lavenders were really active in the store and now they seem a bit slower. I’ve always wanted lavenders and now that I have them Im very worried. Attached is the brooder set up. They’re not peeping at all, they were on the car ride home.
I dipped their beaks in the water just in case since I did that with my last chicks and it seemed to help. I’m feeding them Purina Start and Grow Crumbles

Are they going under the light or heat source or are they moving out away from it? Where are the food and water compared to the light?

Food and water is on the opposite side, the heat lamp is in the upper right corner. Attached is an image of the same exact set up I used from last year, only differences is there are 5 chicks in this bin, and the heat lamp is raised a bit since they were a lot older than the lavenders.

- They're under the light, but all kind of spread out. They haven't really been huddling, or peeping.

I'm wondering if they might be to warm. I would try raising the light a bit.
