There are plenty of folks who have lav orps on here, start in the Opr threads and see who has any available.

If you're asking about the genetics of getting a lavender, you have to have the color present visibly in one parent or have both parents "split" to the gene and then do a bit of breeding to get lavenders.

There are several threads about genetics of lavender in orpingtons and other breeds as well.
