Im running out of grower but have already purchased 3 bags of layer feed can i put them on the layer or do i have to wait for awhile and get more grower.

I think 15 weeks old is a little early. We started mixing layer feed and flock raiser together at about 18 weeks. They're 25 weeks now, and we're still mixing it, as only 5 of our 16 have started laying. You could provide oyster shell free-choice as well.
