Laying age for cochins and silkies?

I have a few cochins that are 15 weeks old and a silkie that is 16 weeks old, what age can i expect these breeds to start laying?
I know it's no time soon as they don't lay till quite late.

My silkies all started laying between 6 and 7 months old.

My Cochin Bantams were between 19 and 20 weeks when they started on Christmas Eve

Wow that is great, is that not early for cochins? i thought they started laying quite late.

My Cochin Luna is 8 months old and has always had a red comb, but alas no eggs I'm excited because I've seen my male bantam Cochin, Johnny Cash, mate with her all the time and I would love some chicks from them.

If your roo is mating her then hopefully it won't be much longer for your eggs from her.
