laying eggs

I have a almost 12 week old Peking girl. Roughly when will she start laying? Could she have babies this spring? She's inside so its warm.

Peking tend to be late developers. I would start looking in the nest from about 21 weeks.

Day length is probably more important than warmth when it comes to laying.

In my experience, Pekins will start laying about 5-6 months.
