laying on side

i noticed today that a few of my birds have started lying on their sides with one leg out from under them. When I harass them or go to pick them up they run and eventually settle down the same way. Is this cause for concern? we just had a major shift in temps from 80's with humidity to a 60 to 70's & dry. all seem to eat & drink well. any comments welcome

Its nothing to worry about their just relaxing.

i would say don't worry. Mine do it as well especially if it is hot outside or then dust bathing. If it is hot I give them frozen grapes, watermelons, cantelopes and other stuff like that that can be kept cold and some can be frozen.
