My ducks have always laid their eggs well before I let them out into the run (7am-8am depending how dark it is). The last two days they are laying mid-day. Had two eggs in the tractor at 1 pm today. One has quit laying as she is molting (Magpie). Anything I should be concerned about? Khaki Campbells and Magpie. Only second winter of laying so still don't quit have my facts straight on this yet. Last year they laid all season as had supplemental light - this year they have no supplemental light.

My ducks get out of phase sometimes then get back into morning laying.

Maybe they're trying to hint that they want more treats.
