Lazy chicken

Hi all! I have a lazy chicken in my group of day old polish chickens. All the other chickens run around and explore the brooder, but he tends to laze around and sleep under the heat lamp. He's also smaller than the others. Is this normal, or do I have a problem on my hands? I'd be grateful for info. Thanks!
