I leave my eggs in a basket unwashed and wash as I go. I want to build a dozen stand but I don't them on my counter with poop on them, is there a way to get the poop off without washing them?

I don't think there is...
I think a way to get the least amount of water on them would be to use a wet cloth/paper towel and gently rub away poop.

So far, I eat them as soon as I bring them in. I haven't had many, so it is working.
And when you get too much to handle, you can always store eggs UNWASHED in a pantry closet or some kind of closed cabinet.
