Leg Color of Peachicks

I hatched two chicks from a recently purchased breeding pair of India Blues. The chicks are now 4 weeks old. Both adults look like pure IB, however one chick is definitely pied (looks like an IB, but has patches of white feathers) and the other looks like IB. The "pied" chick has distinctly pink legs, and the IB chick has bluish-grey legs. Can they be sexed by leg color? Or am I just seeing different leg colors because of the different coloration? They are still a little too young to sex by the breast feathers.

The white gene makes the legs lighter and dark legs is usually caused by Spaulding blood.
