Hi, these chicks are about 3 months old, bought from a local feedstore, listed as mixed layers. Any ideas what they could be?

This first one has partridge coloring, white earlobes, with yellow legs and a dark beak.

The buff colored one, has white earlobes, white feet, and is really flighty.

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Top one is a Brown Leghorn. The buff colored one could be a Buff Orpington, but its not very heavy built. A Buff Leghorn or Buff Rock would have yellow legs.

Ya, her body type is similar to the brown, but her tail is shorter and lower. Could she be a minorca?

Not being that color. Minorcas are only found in black, white, and buff.

The first one is a Light Brown Leghorn for sure. The other one is a Buff Minorca for sure, the legs are more white than yellow.

I'll bet your right, Buff Minorca.
