Great morning in Leghorn land, no eggs yet but they were fluffing around in the nesting boxes yesterday,

That is so exciting when they do that! I didn’t get any young ones this year so I’m missing that part of it.

They all - all 15- still fight every night as to who and where they will sleep on the 2 roosts, 1/2 of them roost up on the nesting boxes and I have to go out at dark to put them on the Dog-gone roost hahahaha the 2 little reds get on one nesting box together and I just leave them there, they are so much smaller than everyone and want no part of the chaos

The bigger Tues. / Wed. / Thur. and Fri. are the older LH's I have been getting just 3 eggs a day from them, 4 sometimes, one of the older ones is not laying and I think it may be Granny, she is 3yr.
