I hatched out some chicks in December. I gave away all but three to a person a week or two ago. I wanted a rooster, so the lady just gave me one of the rooster chicks back. When she dropped him off, she dropped him off in a paper bag with a peice of bread at the bottom. She then told me how the chicks enjoyed bathing with her grandson. I was shocked, I felt terrible for the chicks! I was dumbfounded. Now the one I got back just lays there, his crop is empty. When you pet him, he doesn't usually cheep like the others. What can I do?
