Lethargic chick barely standing and very thirsty

Alright day three with this chick. Still doing good, eating the food and drinking lots of water, and I’ve given her electrolytes. She still can’t stand, but will flap her wings when I wash her backside. (I’ve been doing this several times a day, as she’s getting dirty often from not moving) crossing my fingers that she’ll make a fulll recovery she seems to be more active and chirping, but still no walking

I'm hoping she will improve.

With her still not being able to stand or walk, she may be suffering from disease like Marek's. Unfortunately, vitamin therapy is the only thing I know to try.
