Lethargic chick

So we have a sick NJ red chicken. It is lethargic and doesn’t want to eat or drink.
This has happened twice before in our flock.
All separate times but all the same breed. Always an isolated event-only one bird passes away. There are no symptoms of injury, labored breathing, etc etc. What could be happening?

Have you treated for coccidiosis?
