Lethargic chicken no appetite

Hi guys one of my girls is after getting very lethargic the last few days, not eating much and a small crop. She does seem to be laying and I've treated her for worms. I've given it a few days now but she doesn't seem to be improving. I have a vet visit booked for tomorrow but any other advice in the mean time.

When was the last time she laid an egg? It's possible she might be eggbound.
Let us know what the vet had to say. Thanks.

So it turns out she had yet another broken egg. Vet gave me the choice of cleaning her out and an injection for infection or put her to sleep. I decided to give her a chance. She never really got back to herself but is still waddling around, eating, foraging and rolling in the muck. But she is definitely slow and waddling funny. I've felt for another egg but doesn't seem to be anything there. Any advice? Given shes eating and still chatting away etc should I leave nature take its course and see what happens?
