Lethargic hen not eating

Hi, over the past few days one of my hens has seemed very lethargic and seems to stay in the corner of her run and not move around much.Sheis closing her eyes a lot as well. I haven't seen her eating or drinking as well and when I offered her some corn she seemed to think about eating it but then leave it. I managed to get her to drink some water today but I'm not sure what I should do or what is wrong with her. Any help would be most appreciated.

Visually inspect for lice/mites especially around the vent area. I recommend that you worm her with valbazen liquid cattle sheep wormer. Dosage is 1/2cc given orally undiluted. Repeat dosing again in 10 days.

I spotted a couple of mites in and around her feathers but none near her vent area. I applied some mite powder to her for that. I will try and get some of that Valbazen liquid wormer as soon as I can but how will I be able to give it to her? I tried to give her a mush of food through a syringe yesterday but struggled to get her to take it?
