lethargic hen won't walk

So I went out to the coop this morning and found an ostraloop that wouldn't walk. I don't know what's wrong. She had diarrhea. She won't move to get food or water. There are no injuries that I can find. She is about 7 months old. Is she sick what should I do?

Her poop is white. The egg is hers

Does she currently lay? If so, when did she lay last? And was the egg normal or abnormal looking?

Have you checked her for lice or mites?

Is she able to move or use her legs at all? Can she walk?

The egg next to her crap is hers. The pic is from today. She looks very unstable while she walked 2 steps that's all she walked. I have not checked for lice or mites.
