Lethargic Pullet

Any vet's office should be able to run a fecal float for worms or coccidia, even if they don't see chickens, but maybe yours just refuses.
 
Make sure that her crop empties overnight, and there is not a problem with impacted or sour crop. Internal laying and other reproductive disorders can make them have lethargy, weight loss, and can cause runny stools. Check her again for lice and mites, since it may require dusting her every 7 days or so until the bugs and eggs are gone.
