I have heard some mention that with a still air the temps vary in different area's inside the banter. So I am wondering if it is best to avoid the outer area's or should I go ahead and fill it up?
I do have access to a second banter if you think it would be better to divide the eggs up (I've got like 52)

I have a water wiggler in there now in the center and have the temps about where they should be. I haven't moved the wiggler around to see for myself if temps are different elsewhere.

Also I do have a auto turner (it's already in there) and not sure if that makes a difference.

Please share your thoughts and experiences.

I would just go ahead and fill it up. Just mid way move the edges to the center and the centers to the edges just in case. Either way, should be fine. If it is a tiny bit cooler near the edges, they will just be a tad slower, that's all.
