We collected water from a hosepipe leak by putting our watering can under it. The next morning I decided to fill the chicken's water bowls with the collected water, but when I tried to pour the water out I only got a trickle. I thought my son put stones in the can again (he likes doing that) and peered into the spout to see if that was the case. I nearly dropped the can...

when I saw this cute little guy staring back at me, gulping air frantically. I'm amazed that it got into and out of there unhurt!

They get into the darnedest places, don't they?

There are tree frogs here that come after the bugs that get drawn to the lights in the house at night. They turn up where you least expect them, too. I've even learned not to flinch when something small comes flying through the air and lands with a moist plop on my arm as I approach the door after dark!

Aw, that's pretty cute! We used to get frogs running all over the place back at my old place in the UK, but it's too dry round here for them to wander very far from people's ponds

Awww! He's so cute! I have two pet frogs. It's kinda ironic, because when I was little, if I saw a frog, I'd run a minimum of 30 feet away before turning around.

Frogs are adorable! I just wish they'd stop peeing on me when I pick them up!
Getting this one out of the spout was another story. I was so scared I'll hurt it! I ended up sticking my finger in there and pushing it backwards. Luckily that worked.
