What is the blood from on her neck below her ear? It sounds like she might have canker or some type of infection in her beak. Canker, a protozoan disease, apparently smells rotten. Wet fowl pox is another disease that can cause yellow to grey patches inside the beak and in corners of the mouth. If she has eaten today, she should have some food in her crop that could be felt. Sour crop may cause a full puffy crop with sour smelling odor.

Poop looks normal. It's mostly her behavior and posture that's weird. She's been pretty reserved, acting "depressed" and spitting up food.

I don't think that's blood (probably exposed skin), although it very well might be canker. I will check her mouth later. Not much food seems to be in her crop, if any at all

My mom will be giving her ACV, will that help in general?

Update: Every time she opens her mouth, saliva comes out. She is unable to eat. Could it be sour crop?

She will not open her mouth to eat or drink. How much vinegar (we don't have ACV) should we dilute in water, and how do you administer it?

Hold off on the vinegar. Can you please get some pictures of the inside of the beak? Smell it and tell us what is smells like. Look for a yellow mass blocking the inside of her beak or throat. Feel of her crop and tell us if it is big and puffy. This chicken below has a big swollen crop:

This is what canker or wet fowl pox might look like, or smaller, but canker smells bad.

Update: Looked in the inside of her mouth/throat. The throat is not blocked and it is normal, except that there appears to be a cut on her tongue. Maybe the pain was stopping her from eating? She still has the "sick hen" posture and acting a little lethargic and I don't think the tongue was all that's wrong with her.

Update: Caught her sitting with her butt sticking into the air. Could it be a vent problem?
