Light Brahma cockerel hops on one foot

our family went out of town for a week and had someone watch over the chickens. They had big enough feeders and drinkers to last several days and an automatic door on the coop so they really didn’t need a lot of care just check on them once a day real quick and fill anything that needed topped off.

On Friday the chicken sitter contacted us and said one of the chickens looks like it’s limping. We were several hours away so we didn’t do anything about it just hoped it might resolve itself in a couple days. Today we came home to find the Brahma cockerel hopping on one foot. His feet looked dirty but not swollen or anything. I cleaned it up the best I could with warm water and a few drops of dawn dish soap. Attached are a couple pictures of the sore foot and the medicine I have on hand. Is there anything I should give him? He is getting around well enough to get food and water. Nobody is picking on him as far as I can tell

I have been washing his foot and spraying it with anit microbial spray a few times a day for a couple days. He has had little to no improvement. He still gets around well enough to get food and water.

Today while washing his foot I noticed some sort of strange growth on his foot opposite his thumb toe. It looks almost like an extra deformed little toe and nail. Or possibly an broken off feather quill. I’m not sure what it is but it seems to be the source of the pain because when I touch it he definitely flinches and l tries to get away from me. I attached some pictures there not real great but it was the best I could do trying to hold him with one hand and take pictures with the other.
