Light Brahma male and Dark Brahma female cross

Dear Brahma lovers,

What colors of chicks will i get by crossing Light Brahma male with Dark Brahma female.
Someone told me that it would be 50% Light(Pure) and 50% Dark (Pure).

No that information is incorrect. I believe you will get female birds that look like the light brahma but have some poor broken black patterns (similar to the dark brahma). The center of the females feathers will be white with a pattern toward the distal end ( away from body) of the feather. The males will be like the light brahma male but have some smut ( black color) in the white areas of his body.
