My two Khaki hens will be old enough to start laying in early November. Hope likely is it that this happen (light is being supplemented so they still get 12-14 hours of light). Or will I be waiting until Spring>

They should start laying for you. I had some start up in December of last year. I also had a light on a timer for them. Just be sure they have a place inside to lay their eggs. Mine were laying them in the snow until I started leaving the coop open for them. Now they lay in the floor, so I make sure I have hay there for them to lay in.
