Limping chook

Hi I found my chook limping and saw that she is missing a claw on her fourth toe.
What to do??

has it just come off?if it is raw, clean it well and put some antibiotic cream on it. make sure NOT to use the kind with pain reliever. it is toxic to them. if it is raw or bleeding you can try to wrap it but it is hard to keep on so i would isolate her in some clean bedding because if the others see blood they will continue to peck at it.
