Hi, I rehomed this hen and have no idea what breed she is. She is small, pea comb, feathered cap and feet, five toes. Her egg is a smooth pinkish beige. Perhaps she is a cross? I really like her and would like to get more of her kind in the spring. The rest of my crew are Barred Rock, Red & Black sex links. Thank you!

I agree with the silkie cross ID; mine look similar and they are crossed with welsummers.

Quote:Yes, would love to see pics of your silkie crosses!

Thanks everyone- am glad to know that it is called a walnut comb, rather than a pea comb!
