Little bugs...lice, mites, ?

Anyone have an idea of what kind of bug this is. It's little and sorta clearish white.

There is no "red streaks" when doing the paper towel test under the roost.

I see no nits or infestation on chickens.

I could be wrong but that looks like a termite.

Lice/louse.

Get some permethrin dust or spray. Treat the birds, clean out their housing treat that too. Repeat in 7 day intervals.

Thanks. Just finished a run to the store for permethrin dust and applied to all chickens and coop.
