Little dog hates chickens

Our tiny Poodle is very aggressive to the chickens! Lulu ( the poodle) barks at them and other day our chickens were out of the coop roaming and lulu got out of the house accidentally and chased one of the hens down and ripped out100 of feathers!
Is there something I can do to help the poodle be nice to the chickens and the chicken that was chased and got all her feathers taken out has a bad spot that has inflamed do I need to worry about that? Thank you
