little girls first day out

woke up to some great weather today. so i took some hardware mesh and made a small run to put in the chicken tractor.
my little girls haven't been outside yet.
they loved it. spent 8 hours outside today. i just brought them back in. in two minutes they are sleeping.


the little girls are 3 weeks old.
last night i let them sleep without the heat lamp on. they talked a little last night being in the dark.
i think they will be without the lamp from now on.
we should have a nice day tomorrow also. they are going out again.
moving the tractor tonight when the big girls roost. they will all have new grass to work on.

Glad to hear things are going well! I have heard that chicks are scared of the dark and will peep when the light is turned off
