Little lethargic

this is our baby Eggs, she was like this when we got her last week. You can see the places on the back of her neck but she has lots of spots where her feathers are gone. The lady we got her from says she got into a fight BUT she's the most tame one of the three.
Anyway I notice she's a little slower than the other three and I've been really babying her what can I put on her to help regrow or just make the spots where the feathers are gone not look so red? She's eating and drinking great I'm just worried about those spots getting infected

Since feathers are mostly calcium, you might want to feed her crushed egg shells and/or crushed clam shells. Are the other chickens being mean to her? If so, separate her from the others.

When chickens see red they immediately start to peck that area. So you need to make sure that no red is showing. If you have a feed store around you get this stuff its called Bluekote.

Thanks I'll try that, the others aren't being mean to her, but I'm not sure about before we got her.
