    She looks like a princess ballerina ..the way she moves around the tank and her snowy white color with the pretty pink gills flickering just so.. almost like a little tutu...

    ...but she's really "Asesino de la Rana" [​IMG] ..and she's moving into a 20g L by herself, today.

    Fred is approximately 5" STL (snout to tail length) ..she's a leucistic Axolotl or A. mexicanum. I've had her since last Thursday ...another rescue kid at the Zoo ..my Zoo, that is [​IMG]

    Is there a common name? Like albino newt or something?​

    She looks similar to something we used to fish with in the Pacific Ocean with when I was a kid. I called them Waterdoggies, but they were gray...maybe they were mudpuppies.

    Looked just like that and made barking sounds when out of the water. I used to feel so bad for them when they would put them on the hooks [​IMG]
