little remodel for heat problem

i underestimated how hot the coop would get in the summer. it's well shaded & i thought very well ventilated. not.
today we cut a hole in the south wall. put hardware cloth over hole & installed a fan to pull air in. on the other side of coop installed fan facing out to pull air out of coop. it created a good cross ventilation.
now my girls can rest better at night.
