Little wounds

A lot of my egg laying flock has these little wounds. I do have a rooster. He was born in February. Still immature. But I noticed these a while back. Is it because he doesn’t know how to mate? Or is there a sickness I need to be aware of that I’m missing?

Fowl pox ?

Some of my runt chickens have those dark spots from being pecked and blood drying up. But on the second picture there is a little white lump on the chickens ear lobe that doesn’t look normal. I had a speckled Sussex who had those on her wattles as well but we decided to put her down because she had Mareks. I am still not sure whether they tied in with the disease or not but her sister we also put down who had internal tumours from the disease. I was thinking that maybe they were tumours as well.

This site shows fowl pox which seems similar to what you are experienceing. It says to give them soft food and a warm, dry place to hide.
It says that there is a vaccine for this if you don’t want the birds contracting the disease. They can contract it from other chickens, mosquitos and by air (because it is a virus).

It can be hard to tell peck marks from insect bites or fowl pox. Your pics resemble all of those. The 2 nd pic does look more like mild pox. It can appear differently in every chicken. Make sure they are eating and drinking well. Do not disturb the scabs, especially if it is pox, since it can spread. Usually they recover in several weeks, although the virus can slowly go through the flock over several months. It is carried by mosquitoes. Here is some reading with pictures of how it can look:

The last two days I’ve been giving them poultry cell. The winds have drastically healed Up. Just an update
