Little_grey_bantam your Grandchicks!!!!

I bought into Little_grey_ Bantam mix and match hatch!!! I am so glad I did!!! My hatch isn't quite over with 4 eggs to go and day 21 almost over.

Here is how the hatch went:
set 30 eggs removed 1 because of crack in egg.
3/9 husband unplugeed incubator because he didn't know what that plug went to

I caught it the next morning.
3/12 removed what looked like a clear egg.
3/12 Lock down
3/15

2 orp mixes

little grey bantam

3 eggs with no pips and 1 egg with pips Bator #1 is done I have a total of 22 live chicks....1 died... I split the hatch into two bators first bator hatched early 2nd bator hatch is on time with a few late.

They're adorable! Congratulations on your successful hatch, and thanks for sharing the pictures! I've had a rough couple of days (lost three of my favorite chickens unexpectedly and very upset) and cute pictures are a big help in cheering me up.

Yahoo! Good hatch! What kind of bators did you use? I've got 32 of little_grey_bantam's eggies in my Genesis right now, only on day 4 but your post is making me hopeful. The last two orders of eggs i got nothing.

LOL Hubby told me to put away bator for this year!!!

When I asked him about the plug his face grew whiter than white LOL! I was not expecting much from this hatch. I thought I would be buying another mix and match!!! Do I have any pure breds other than the silkie!! I'll post a pic of every bird so you can see each one

Looks like you got yourself some Speckled Sussex, Speckled Sussex/Welsummers, some Cuckoo Marans and Cuckoo Marans mixes (Australorp or Barred Rock).

I havent hatched out any Buff Orp chicks, but when they were babies... they were little golden orbs of fluff!
