This is my first time hatching. Today is day 20 and the power went out for 3 hours today. What are the chances that the whole batch of eggs died off?

Your power may have gone off but it takes a while for the eggs themselves to cool down to a fatal temp.
Don't give up on them- you'll know tomorrow either way, if you have maintained proper temp and humidity up till now.
Good luck. The cool off may not impact eggs at all, but keep a watch on them at least until day 23 before doing any eggtopsy .

Well, I waited til day 23 and none hatched. I did eggtopsy on all of them and the power outage must have killed them. They were all big and ready to come out. I'm sure it didn't help that the house was unusually cold from not having the heat on due to the outage. Oh well, maybe next time.
