LOCKDOWN! Need to know how to raise humidity!

I've got 34 quail eggs in a home-made styrofoam incubator, with 25 tested with the float test and passed with flying colours!
The other 9 are probably the unfertile ones, or just didn't develop.

Anywho, temp was remaining at 36 - 39 C throughout the whole time, whilst the humidity remained within 40% - 47%
The day before we added two more containers full of water. We've also plugged up the vent holes, except one today.
Now humidity is at 50%.
I need it to be at around 60 - 65%.
I was thinking of quickly opening the lid and 'misting it' to raise the humidity.
Anyone explain how to do it? Or is it just simply light spraying the eggs. I don't want the light bulb to get wet...

I have no more room to place any more containers, though I could put some wet cloth or sponges in, though I doubt I'll be able to "re-moist" them.

Any other ideas are greatly appreciated!

I put a damp sponge right below an air hole. That way if I need to raise the humidity I just lift the air hole plug and pour some warm water directly onto the sponge.
