Ok im hatchin a goose but i want to know if a bird gets too lonely will it die?

Um, no i don't think it will. They normally only die if they loose their mates. Other wise they won't know there is anything other than the way they are living.

ok but im keepin my geese at a different house and after hatching it and it seeing me as its mom and i will have to leave for a while what will happen?

If its anything like my ducks it will totally forget who you are and will bond with the other geese. I doubt my ducks have ever missed me (except when I'm late to meal time of course).
