Lonely chicken?

I have a 8 month old SLW that appeared to have a respitory infection. She was lethargic, and exhibited bobbing as she tried to breath. I pulled her from the flock, started her on .5 cc penicillin G and Poultry Nutri-Drench. On the second day she was noticeably better and had started eating a drinking on her on. Now she is driving us nuts with her constant plantive squawks. Could she be missing the other birds?

Probably, if she has buddies in the flock. Try feeding her some treats. Got bologna?
My SLW talks alot. She is a one person chicken and would rather be with me in the garden. Never has really made any buddies in the flock. I don't know if this represents the breed or not.

Can you put her hospital cage near a window overlooking the other girls? That might give her some comfort...
