They are d'Anvers bantams.

d'Anvers are bearded, rose combed and clean legged. d'Uccles are bearded, single combed, and feather legged. Body shape is also slightly different. d'Anvers are more broad chested and upright in carriage.

I agree. I don’t have any myself, but I googled (of corse ) d’Anver chicks and they look identical.

Basically, except D'uccles have single combs and D'anvers have rose combs.

I have such a hard time seeing beards on the babies.

Me too-after I knew what bread to look for, of course. They do look exactly the same. I think I need to make a scrapbook to keep up with what the breeds look like when they are little so I know what to look for when I want more.
