Look like roosters, act like hens

I’m very confused about some mixed chickens I have. I have 4. 2 I know for sure are roosters, but 2 look just like roosters but act and are treated like hens. They’re are still too young to lay eggs so I’m not positive. But with the two that look/act like hens, my other roosters want to mate with, the two I know for sure are roosters my others try to fight with. One of these roosters has no comb( like it was possibly mixed with a game chicken) I had thought it was a hen at first until the hackles came in and it started mating with other hens. But these two “ hens” I have, are my other roosters just confused or what?

also have a white rock hen that is full grown (almost if not a year old) but does not lay eggs and is the size of an average 12 or so week old chick

First two pictures is the rooster with no comb, also it’s not that clear in the pics but the two”hens” are much shorter than the roosters, especially hen 1. “She” is tiny, around the same height as my white rock

The first could be an underling rooster, if there's more than one rooster to a flock, theirs usually a chief rooster and then the others are very submissive.

The white bird I think is a pullet, and the golden one with the rooster is a hen?

But the red/dark birds are roosters.

The top rooster isn't confused, he's exerting his dominance by forcing the other roosters to submit to him.

All are cockerels except the white. Not sure why she wouldn't be laying, but the comb says she's not at the point of lay.... so not sure what's going on there.

The red ones are cockerels. A few of them have pea combs.

The first one is all cock. The second is a pretty little puppet! She looks 4-5 months to me.
